The problem was rather simple and would have never happened if care had been taken when placing the order.

Step 2: Next, you are required to enter your credit card information, which includes the ‘Type’ of your credit card. On clicking the pull down menu, you will find various options. Select the one that is most appropriate. You also need to fill in your card number and its expiration date.

Step 3: Lastly, you are required to provide your billing information such as your first and last name, address, city, country, state, zip, phone number and your email address. You also must check the relevant box if your shipping address is different from your billing address. Once you have filled in your information, you just need to click on the button that says ‘process order’.

    I order a BOGO set of the hearing aid product and picked 1 to be order and at the end 1 additional one was added without me adding it. I answered no for all other questions to buy more product and I also was charge $33.79 shipping which made my total $93 and change, when it only should have been $45 and change. I had to search again for a phone number to cancel the order. I was told when I called that they would put in a request to cancel but it is not guaranteed so check back in 24 to 48 hours. I really hope that a business such as yours is not TARGETTING SENIOR CITIZEN like this!!!!!! This has to be against the law. There is no phone number on the order form for customer service at ALL !!! Usually there is a submit or confirm your order button when ordering online so that you can see the final cost but not this webpage, your order is put through before you see the final cost!!! UNFORGIVABLE!!!

      I can understand your frustration. This website is not the MSA30X Official site, this is my website where I share my msa30x review based on my experience and the informations I have found in internet. I have received emails and messages about some msa30x complaints, that’s why I have produced an article about MSA30X Complaints, that you can check here, where I mention “Visit the official website to place your order. Here, you will find the option to select the number of sets you would like to order. Be careful at this point since this is where most people make mistakes. Read the requirements carefully and then enter the number of sets you need.” When you placing an order your are ordering sets (a set is made by 1 MSA30X plus another MSA30x , so they are actually 2 MSA30X). If you place an order of 2 sets you are ordering 4 MSA30X.
      I recommend you to contact customer support by telephone 877 362 4584 (source of this information: Official Customer Support , go to the bottom of the page where You will find all the links).

    I would like to know, does the MSA30X help or stop Tinitus?? as this problem is related to hearing issues, so would it be worth while buying a MSA30X for Tinitus???
